This 90 minute workshop is a practical and simple introduction to mindfulness. You will learn what mindfulness is and how it can help you manage the varying demands of every day life.
We will practice some short mindfulness exercises which you will then be able to do for yourself at home. The workshop provides an experiential introduction to some of the practices taught on the longer six week ‘Introduction to Mindfulness course’.
The workshop can be used as a stand alone event, or as the lead into the full six week ‘Introduction to Mindfulness Course’ which runs on Wednesday evenings throughout the year at FABA Therapy Rooms in Beckenham, Kent.

Cost £20 per person
Cancellation Policy: Bookings which are cancelled up to one week prior to the workshop will be refunded, less a £5 booking fee. Cancellations within one week before the workshop cannot be refunded, unless the place is filled.
