Always busy? Struggling to find time to wind down? This course is tailored specifically for busy mums. Get together with a small group of friends and learn brief, simple mindfulness practices from the comfort of your own home. Reduce stress and get a little more balance into your busy day. Whether you have one minute to spare, or twenty – there are exercises to fit around your hectic schedule.

On the course you will learn:
Simple exercises to trigger the relaxation response
How to identify your stress triggers and reactions
How to swap from ‘doing mode’ to ‘being mode’ – and why this is beneficial
How to practice Mindfulness anytime, anywhere
The course is open to those with no experience of mindfulness, as well as those wanting to refresh or re-establish their previous practice.
The course is run by Claire Oakeley, mindfulness trainer, MBCT teacher, counsellor - and busy mum and step-mum!
Cost: £150 per person (£25 per session) - between 4 and 6 participants are required to secure a booking.
Cost includes all course materials and MP3 guided exercises to do at home.
