Claire offers one-to-one coaching for people juggling the demands of work whilst going through life transitions. She provides independent, confidential support, helping individuals to consider all the key aspects of a successful return back to work after maternity leave, illness or a career break.
Sessions are solution-focused, helping to build confidence and reduce the anxiety that is often common for those returning to work after a period of absence or preparing to leave work (through retirement, redundancy or other reasons). Taking time to acknowledge the changes, support the transition and map out the future, helps to assist a smooth and successful transition for everyone involved.
Coaching can also be beneficial in helping to overcome specific obstacles such as anxiety or indecision over a change of role or in handling a stressful situation.
Sessions take place either at Claire’s private practice in Beckenham, or in the workplace. All sessions are conducted face-to-face and can be offered before, during and after the workplace transition as required.
